Average salaries in healthcare and tobacco industry

According to the data of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, the average net salary in Serbia in February 2019 was 52,426 dinars, and by activities:

• for health employees 57,465 dinars.
• for employees in tobacco products production 96.616 dinars.

CONCLUSION: Employees living on tobacco production had a 68% higher average salary than those who treated health effects of tobacco use.
