„Stop the pandemic – Safety and health at work can save lives“
This year World Day for Safety and Health at Work focuses on infection diseases at work, particularly COVID-19 pandemic, that poses a great challenge for governments, employers, workers and the whole society. Due to the special circumstance related to world pandemic of COVID-19, this topic replaced previously announced topic on violence and harassment at work. Beyond the immediate crisis, concerns about resuming activity and the way of to prevent suppress possible new wave of infection were discussed. With this purpose the publication “In the face of a pandemic: Ensuring Safety and Health at Work ” has been released.
